Built for a real greens stall, not a generic POS.

Staff buy or harvest stock, price it from real cost, sell across online, reseller, and offline channels, then hand cash up the chain at day’s end. Thermal slips on Sunmi hardware turn the same workflows into paper for the stall. Role-aware screens keep owners, store assistants, purchasing, and farmers in their lanes.

How a day runs

Three workflows that define the product.

01 · Cost → price → sell

Acquisitions set the SRP. Orders sell it.

Purchasing records a lot — product, quantity, cost, location. The active pricing preset applies spoilage, hauling, and channel markups to suggest retail prices for online, reseller, and offline. Store staff take orders against those SRPs, mark paid or delivered, and print a receipt.

02 · Cash hub

Remit sales. Record disbursements.

Store assistants turn in sales proceeds; purchasing logs float and capital on the same remittance screen. Filters and dual totals keep directions clear. Thermal slips document each handoff.

03 · Day close

Sales, stock count, cash — then finalize.

End the day with a sales snapshot, physical inventory versus theoretical, and cash against expected proceeds. Review, finalize, print an EOD slip. History and outstanding inventory keep follow-up honest.

Inventory / acquisitions
Record produce from farm, market, supplier, or other. Live SRP preview from the active preset. History with filters; edits recompute when cost changes.
Orders & customers
Channel-aware orders (online / reseller / offline), dual-unit lines, pay and deliver states, thermal receipts, and customer records tied to default channels.
Remittance & disbursement
One cash hub for sales turnover and purchasing float, with role-gated edit/delete and printable slips.
Employees & payroll
Green Crew CRUD, gross wage plus advances and liquidations, net pay, lifetime outstanding balance, optional signature.
Farm operations
Log sowing, harvest, pesticide, fertilizer, irrigation, weeding, pruning, and more — with area, weather, personnel, and history.
Day close & reports
Draft → review → finalize, channel sales, COGS/margin signals, outstanding orders, inventory at-risk views, and EOD print.
Export & accounts
Timestamped CSV export with device ID, sample data for demos, admin clear, login roles, and user management.
