Custom software, scoped to ship.

Lead with the pain — sheets, a first product, or a brittle integration — not a vague AI brief. Built in the Philippines. You own the source.

MVP Build Sprint

A first product for founders validating an idea: the core user path, auth, a real data model, deploy, and a handoff you can keep. We cut the wishlist to what must work in weeks, not a year-one platform. Web or mobile — one critical flow done properly beats five screens of prototype.

Spreadsheet → System

When inventory, scheduling, orders, or field logs live in sheets, the cost is errors, version drift, and work that cannot leave the office. We replace the painful workflow with an internal app — roles, history, and a device that works at the stall or the yard. CSV or a later sync can still exist; the system of record does not have to be a tab.

AI Capability Pack

Add private search, chat, or document Q&A to a product or intranet — with citations, admin controls, and a clear boundary for what leaves the building. We have shipped fully local retrieval (nothing to a SaaS LLM) and generate-first desktop tools with a fallback so the product still works if the model stalls.

Legacy Rescue Rebuild

Brittle tools that still run the business do not get a big-bang rewrite. We map the critical path, replace that slice on a modern web stack, and keep the rest alive until it is safe to cut over. Phasing is the product: each increment is deployable, owned by you, and smaller than a multi-year transformation programme.

Start with an Architecture Blueprint if the current system is undocumented.

05 · Monthly

Product Acceleration Retainer

For teams that already have a living backlog: features, fixes, and light architecture without hiring a full squad. Same human as a sprint, smaller weekly cadence. Best after an MVP or spreadsheet replacement when the product is in use and the next ten tickets are obvious.

Usually follows an MVP sprint or Spreadsheet → System handoff.

06 · Discovery + build

Architecture Blueprint

One week of paid discovery: journeys, data model, tech options, and a timeline you can take to partners or a board. Optional Phase 1 with the same team so the blueprint is not a PDF that dies in email. Useful when the problem is clear but the shape of the first build is not — civic data, internals, or a rebuild.

Integration & Automation Glue

CRM, accounting, ecommerce, and messaging should agree without a person copy-pasting. We build monitored sync — retries, logs, and an owner — instead of a weekend Zapier nest. Short engagement, narrow systems list, a runbook at the end.

Talk about the two systems that drift

Questions we get first

Visible here, and only here — not stuffed into hidden markup.

How long does a typical engagement take?
Entry sprints are weeks, not quarters: MVP 2–4, Spreadsheet → System 3–6, AI Capability Pack 2–5, integration glue 1–3. Legacy rebuilds are phased. Retainers are monthly after something is already in use.
Who owns the code?
You do. Deploy, runbook, and source that belongs to you — not a tenant we can turn off. That is the point of a human versus pure codegen or an agency black box.
What does “AI-accelerated” actually mean?
Throughput on the build. A human still locks scope, structure, and what ships. It is not “the model is the product” unless you hired the AI Capability Pack for a specific corpus or generate path.
Do we have to put data in the cloud?
No. Farm and BusyStreet run on-device; AnyRAG and AskJ are local-first. Cloud backup is optional where the operator already needs it (for example BusyStreet sync). We will not pretend a SaaS LLM is private RAG.
How do we start?
Email hello@redn.asia with what is broken, overdue, or stuck in spreadsheets. We recommend a sprint, blueprint, or retainer — not a 40-page proposal first.
