When the system of record is a tab, the cost is version drift, unclear roles, and work that cannot leave the office. This sprint replaces the painful workflow — inventory, scheduling, orders, remittances, field logs — with an internal app. CSV or a later sync can still exist; the stall or the yard should not depend on someone emailing a file.
Typical shape: 3–6 weeks, one critical workflow first, role-aware screens, and a handoff you own. We have shipped this as offline Android on POS hardware, not only as a browser admin.
