Field ops on Sunmi and Android POS

Field software dies when it assumes a laptop and a stable network. Philippine bus crews and farm-to-table stalls need a handheld that prints, logs a role, and keeps the shift if the radio drops. That is a different MVP than a SaaS dashboard.

What the device must do

• Thermal tickets or remittance slips (SUNMI / Senraise class hardware).
• Role-gated screens — conductor vs cashier, store vs purchasing.
• Local data for the shift; sync or CSV when the network allows.
